We are experts at what we do, our trade. We are not however, experts on the technical side of safety, aka the paperwork and procedures. We required COR for our teams safety and our clients. So we called an expert in the field. We called Shelly. Shelly consulted with us, taught us the process and procedures involved and directed us to becoming a COR certified company. Her service provided us with an organized system that we were able to implement with ease. After the original setup, Shelly returns quarterly to review and score our submittals, make it nice and easy.

My advice to companies who are in the situation I was: stick to what you are good at. Hire an expert for the things you are not.

When I first decided to become COR certified, I felt very overwhelmed by the paperwork. Until I talked to Shelly! Being a small General Contractor, it was clear to me early on in the process that we would need a specialized safety program designed to suite our unique company.
